I build enterprise AI capability as a connected system: strategy, governance, adoption, and the tools people use every day. At SYPartners, that meant creating the AI Center of Excellence and building a team that takes ideas from early experiments into everyday practice.
I studied adoption across disciplines through observation and structured experiments, deployed ChatGPT Enterprise, and built an experimentation function. Role-specific playbooks, office hours, and direct conversations helped turn access into use.
OUTCOME76% weekly active usage in the first year; later expansion to Claude and Gemini helped bring adoption to 94% daily active usage.
I lead an eight-person AI innovation team and a $1.8M build portfolio spanning research, knowledge, operations, and client work. I hire and coach the team, set build standards, and help decide which experiments should become durable capabilities.
I authored SYPartners’ Responsible AI policy, led 11 firm-wide AI principles sessions, and own AI legal review across client engagements. My remit includes platform selection and data-handling standards across ADGM, EU, and US jurisdictions, alongside service on the kyu collective’s AI Automation Steering Team.
I design and lead client experiences that combine executive workshops, live prototyping, governance, training, and workflow redesign. The work extends beyond introducing a tool to changing how teams make decisions and get work done.
