My approach to AI grew out of running the business: understanding people, capacity, data, and the systems connecting them. At SYPartners, I built operating foundations that later became the basis for AI-powered workflows.

I led a six-person team across Teaming and Business Operations, with a $30M+ consulting operations budget across the US and UAE. I built the first data warehouse and KPI dashboards, connected Salesforce pipeline to staffing plans, and developed the Pricing Tool for project scoping and margin modeling.
I facilitated the establishment of the firm’s UAE entity across legal, financial, and operational setup in ADGM, and co-led the KSA office launch in 2026. I own cross-border compliance and the Global Business Continuity Plan.
I led the transition to fully remote operations during COVID. Today my scope spans IT, Business Operations, Data Science, and Teaming, with a $1.4M technology portfolio reported to the CFO and COO. Internal platforms and automation help replace repetitive work and external vendor spend.
